About Horsler lift services

Horsler Lift Services was formed in 2012 by Kirstie Horsler, a lift industry professional with many years experience and a strong focus on customer service.

We operate on behalf of lift companies, representing them on-site at their customer's premises. We do not work directly for end-user businesses. Our teams attend site in unbranded vehicles, wearing unbranded workwear, or alternatively, they will wear your branded overalls if you prefer.

Our approach is simple. We always aim to 'go the extra mile', to deliver results that are not just satisfactory, but excellent. Happy customers will always be our first and most important measure of success.

We are also a SafeContractor accredited company, working within a regulated quality programme and are currently working towards the new ISO9001:2015 accreditation.

Our engineering team brings together many years of experience across all types of passenger and goods lifts and are all qualified to a minimum of NVQ3 or equivalent standards.

We believe in training our support staff with their growth within the industry and offer a commitment to NVQ training for those who wish to progress.
